In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Some fine art prints, giclée prints and made-to-order items may take up to 2–3 weeks before dispatch. Please see individual product descriptions for estimated processing times.
Shipping within Australia is $9.95. Free local pickup is available in Exmouth.
Orders are sent via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing.
Returns & Damaged Orders
Please choose carefully, as I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and photos so I can help resolve the issue.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to help protect them during shipping. Art prints are supplied in protective packaging appropriate to their size.
International Orders
