Joy under the moon

One of the most profound experiences to witnes in Exmouth is a courtship interaction nicknamed “dancing.” As one of the final stages of courtship before mating, the whales provide an amazing performance as they twist, twirl, roll, circle and dive around each other, and sometimes us.
